Due to to the unique vintage nature of our items, all sales are 100% final. No returns. No exchanges. LMT HAUS is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items once they leave our possession. Should an item get lost or damaged in transit, the customer is responsible for filing a claim with the carrier. We are confident you will love every purchase, however, if there is a problem with your items you’d like to bring to our attention, please fill out a contact form and be sure to include your order number. Please note: artist collab pieces are not eligible for purchase using LMT HAUS gift cards. 

We are a very small business, so to ensure proper handling and packaging of items, we request up to a week from the time of purchase for items to ship. We offer Domestic and International shipping on most pieces. For International orders, customers are responsible for any taxes, duties and brokerage fees that may apply. Customers may also be responsible for an increase in shipping cost, as our website doesn’t always accurately reflect international shipping prices. All items will be insured with the carrier for their full value. Did you miss out on one of our collection pieces, or not find what you we're looking for in our shop? We are happy to go to work for you in search of that perfect piece. For more information on private sourcing, head to the "Private Sourcing" page of our site. Just like with collection pieces, privately sourced pieces will reflect our shop markup in the invoice price and are subject to our shop policies. Private sourcing inquires may not always result in a sale.
